MY SUPPLEMENT REGIMEN EVOLVED OVER TIME. At one point I was taking 142 pills a day. Today I am down to around 100 daily. My vitamin bill is about $1,000 a month.
I do not consume all the supplements in one sitting. It makes it difficult for the body to assimilate so many things at once. In addition, consuming vitamins throughout the day enables my body to maintain more consistent levels of each supplement in the bloodstream. Therefore, I split up the various vitamins and dosages and take vitamins about eight times every day.
I have reprinted my supplement list below so remember the caveat that we discussed before - There is no guarantee whatsoever that what worked for me will work for others. Everyone must find their own path to healing. If you are interested in an alternative regime the best thing to do is to work with a professional clinician who can guide you appropriately. Don't do what I do, talk to your doctor!
